Repair procedures

- Replacement

1.Detach the plug hole (A), loosen the nuts, and then remove the wiper arm (B).

Tightening torque :22.6 - 26.5 N.m (2.3 - 2.7 kgf.m, 16.6 - 19.5 lb-ft)

2.Disconnect the washer nozzle (A).

3.Detach the clips, then remove the cowl top cover (B).

4.To install, reverse the removal procedure.

   

• Replace any damaged clips (or pin - type retainers).

Pad return spring - Removal 1.Loosen the wheel nuts slightly.Raise the vehicle, and make sure it is securely supported. 2.Remove the front wheel and tire (A) from the front hub.Tightening torque :107.9 - 127.5 N.
